The color of this type of raisin is brown and very sweet and tasty.

Golden raisin
Golden Persian raisin, which is one of the most excellent and well-known agricultural products of Iran in the world, has always been in high demand for export. This product is made from seedless grapes, which are usually harvested at the end of September, and during a completely hygienic process, with laser and X-ray sorting machine, it has a suitable golden color and is free of any metals.
In this method, after being picked, the bunches of grapes (Persian raisin) are tied vertically to each other in the shape of a pendulum with suitable threads of 2-3 meters, then in order to reduce the drying time, they are placed in a permitted substance called Tizab (potassium carbonate) , Australian water and oil) and hung from the ceiling, away from sunlight, and placed in SO2 sulfur fumigation for 7-8 hours, which causes the skin of the grapes to become finer and thinner and acquire a golden color with aroma. and the taste becomes sweet by itself.
