A natural sweetener with strong sweetening power and a low glycemic index , which is produced after extraction and purification of date syrup, while maintaining the original composition of the natural sugars within the fruit in question.
Date liquid Sugar is one of the best substitute to artificial & conventional sugars, with a neutral taste and a transparent color.
Date liquid sugar is a healthy and natural product that does not help diabetes, hypoglycemia and cardiovascular diseases.
Its appearance is completely transparent and the color is bright yellow to bright brown. The product processing includes extraction, clarification, concentration, additional clarification and filtration which are not done for date syrup. By clarification, insoluble, soluble (colorful), semi-soluble (pectin) substances are removed. It is similar to the honey of beehive and corn syrup in terms of high fructose but, its fructose sweetening is 20%more than sucrose in the same brix. This feature makes it possible to save 4000 kg in a 20ft container or save 20,000 kg in 5 containers.
We can use it in food industries such as baby foods, athlete foods, food for climbers, soft drinks & Beverages, Bakery, Confectionary, Pastry and ice cream.
Also, it can be used as healthy sweeteners in daily home usage instead of white sugar.
