The process of green pistachio kernel production begins with the harvesting of unripe pistachios. Then the drying stage begins and the quality of these products is measured after drying and breaking the shell, and with the approval of the quality control department, they reach the final drying stage, and after reaching the desired temperature, the green pistachio kernel is ready. The quality of this product is divided into 5 main grades: grade S (Super green) , grade A (Dark green) , grade B (Bright green) , grade C (greenish yellow) , grade D (Yellow kernel).
