This date turns dark brown to black. It is oval and its nature is soft and moist and it has a humidity of about 18%. The size of this date is about 3.5 to 4 cm. Its weight depends more on the area where the dates are grown.At all it is appropriate for both industry and direct consumption.

The optimum temperature for storing this date is between+5 to +8 degrees Celsius. The life of this date in the refrigerator reaches 18 months. It should be stored in a cool, dry place for a longer period of time. Dates should also be kept out of the reach of insects. Due to the high juice and moisture of this date, it attracts insects.

Harvest period is about Mid September to mid October.
